Other Things to Note:
• Additional Services: We offer a variety of hospitality services, including rental vehicles, catering, concierge services, and more. Please reach out if you’re interested in any of these services.
• Trash Collection: For guests staying longer, trash is collected on Tuesdays. Please ensure all trash is securely bagged and placed in the designated bins located in the parking lot.
• Temperature Guidelines: To ensure your comfort and the smooth operation of the HVAC system, we kindly ask that you keep the AC set above 68 degrees and the heater below 78 degrees.
• Event Policy: Hosting events, gatherings, or parties is not permitted without prior approval from the host. Approved events will incur an additional fee.
• Parking: You have two private parking spots located in the lot behind the property. If you have additional vehicles, please park them on the street adjacent to the duplex.
• Refundable Deposit: A $400 refundable incidental deposit is required for booking this listing. This deposit will be returned after your stay, provided there are no damages or violations of the house rules.
