”Stressful would be the one word I would use to describe our stay here. There was a problem somewhere, so I spent the afternoon of our arrival calling different numbers trying to get our entrance code, and in the midst of it, I stupidly paid an odd extra charge that still hasn't been cleared up with the hotel.
