”We were in Room 4 on the top floor which was their largest one and had an ensuite bathroom. It was clean with a comfortable bed. We had a small issue with the shower temperature but after reaching out to the House Manager by text, it was repaired quickly while we were out. The only difficulty was parking (as in most areas of Brighton and Hove) but we were lucky to find a space not too far from the guest house. It would be perfect for someone who didn't need to drive - it was a short and...

”Clean, lovely room, good size attic room, nice oceon view, it could do with a better mirror, as only a very small mirror in bathroom, made it difficult to get ready for night out! Helpful friendly staff, in reception and bar area, which had good, great selection of drinks, (didn't eat there, but lunch and dinner served there) Limited parking nearby, we ended up parking in NCP car park 10 minutes away, as we were unable to move car at timings of road restrictions nearby ”

”This is a small hotel in a good location just a couple of minutes walk from the Brighton Pier. I stayed alone in a small (bigger than London small) room with a comfy bed, good shower, wall-tv and a fridge. Quite comfortable in March-April, however might get hot in the summer as there's no AC in this room. Breakfast also available, I did not use this opportunity. Service very friendly, made you feel welcome. Price level also very reasonable: I will definitely consider staying here again if back...

”Olemme erittäin tyytyväisiä tähän hotelliin. Aamiaistarjoilu oli mitä erinomainen. Saa valita oman lämpimän aamiaistarjoilun menusta, VAU!! Tarjoilussa oli myös luomu otettu huomioon erittäin hyvin. Huoneemme oli pieni (kuten yleensä Englannissa), kodikas ja siisti huone toisessa kerroksessa. Huoneemme oli pihan puolella (kattonäkymät viereisiin rakennuksiin), joten se oli ainakin ihanan rauhallinen. Muutenkin pidin siitä, että hotellissa oli melkein kaikki aikuisväkeä, rauhallista sellaista....

”Nice little guest house in great location. Near the bus station and only a 25 min walk to the railway station. Friendly service and good breakfast. The water pressure in the shower was not very good otherwise the room was fine. Unfortunately some customers cannot behave properly. We were woken up twice during the night when a woman was shouting and banging the door near our room.”

”Rang the premises, about the parking situation. They said that you have to move your vehicle every two hours. In the end I decided to use public transport instead. Staff were welcoming! Bedroom was cleaned everyday. Loads of cafes in easy reach. The weather was glorious as well!!”

”Nice little B&B close to centre of the village and running trails. Lucie sent the access codes to the front door and room making the check-in a breeze. It was a bit chilly during the first night (central heating off at night), but Lucie provided a portable radiator and extra blanket, so the 2nd night was warm and cosy. Very clean room and comfy bed. Also the breakfast was great. ”

"Booked a suite. Arrived early, asked if any chance to get a room earlier because of travelling a lack of sleep. Told, the would call us if possible. No call.. sat at reseption… at 2pm asked again, reply was ”no it is 4pm”. Sat there and watched many guests check in at 2.30. We spoke to the manager and she was no help, just adamant, It turns out, you pay for a suite and you are left till last, so book a normal room, pay less and enjoy your room more. Cleaning: Room was not cleaned properly. Hair and crumbes everywhere. Carpet was taped in the main area with duck tape. Breakfast: no fresh pressed orange juice. Carton juice..cheap.. All ingredients poor. We were assigned a table by the window. Next morning different table. No order to service. This is certainly not THE GRAND "
