”Really lovely house with tasteful decoration and furnishing. booked a Classic king room , which was confortable and ample for the few nights we stayed. No air con , but not sure if other rooms may have this as an upgrade? But staff very helpful and delivered plug in vans to help as it was very hot , especially over night. ”

”Although it is a beautiful property modern design and clean there were a few complaints there were no drawers in bedrooms for underwear etc. No cupboard in basement only hanging rail, no hooks in bathrooms to hang stuff up no place in kitchen to store food ,upper bedroom has a faulty light and bedroom upstairs 2 bulbs out there are fittings in both bedrooms for TVs but none fitted upper bedroom can’t keep window open broken basement smelt damp on first night had to put heating on to clear it the...

”This is a charming independent hotel in a convenient location for Norwich centre. As with all hotels of its ilk it does not have the funding provided by the conglomerates but the plus side is its individuality and character. The staff were really good ”

”Although the outside of the building and the street looks abit run down inside couldn’t be more different! Felt very cosy and homely as soon as we arrived. Also very clean and accommodating with cleaning products, tea, coffee, sugar etc.. if I had to be picky the 2nd double room is very small! They done well to get a double bed in there! ”Two girlfriends and I had a lovely retreat at Steph and Nikki’s spacious and airy house. We enjoyed the garden, with sofa, table and fire pit. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for self-catering. I plan to rebook with my family as it seems like an ideal holiday home if you have small children as the garden is closed off from the road and there’s plenty of space for them to roam around.
