”The staff were friendly and attentive from the moment we walked in. There was a planned hydro outage during our stay due to local work being done in the area and staff handled it very well. Notifying each client as we walked in and explaining how the generators would keep one elevator working and there would still be hot breakfast available etc. The lobby area was great, offering late night service (beverages, snacks etc) and some game tables so we could enjoy a good old pool game. ”Love the area and shirt walking distance to everything like the theatre, parks and restaurants. The best continental breakfast anywhere. I would say it is more of a European breakfast as there is a lot more than a normal continental available.”

”Fan for hvac in room was so loud could not hear the television. Bathroom door is frosted glass, so if anyone goes to washroom in night, it lights up the entire room. Underground Parking lot is having work done, must wait for traffic lughts for up to 150 seconds to allow one way passage. No pool, huge let down after booking with kids. Sink in room drained slowly. Shower was not hot. Body wash was disgusting smell. Elevator requires you to scan your key card. There is a small sign stating this,...

”This property was budget friendly and easy to get to. There is nothing around it for restaurants without a drive. The paint was cracking on the walls and property could use an upgrade. Continental breakfast was good - toast, english muffins, yogurt, eggs (hardboiled but frozen) and waffles. The drink machine froze up and wasn't always working. The ice machine was in another room that we found (not told about), only because we saw it. The rooms with two beds could use an additional chair, so you...

”Room was not good . Not as described on the website. Not even body wash topped upped in the washroom. Room was not good. The tv and appliances were old. No essential supplies ”

”Our room was clean and good for 1 night stay. The lobby was not clean and the breakfast was actually bad unless you stuck to toast and yogurt. The restaurant for dinner was good. There seemed to be a lot of people loitering in the lobby at every time of day which was unusual. ”

”Some places are not so new ex rust on shower stick, in the sink black circle near the closer. Breakfast was ok, greek yougurts, apples, oranges, tea, sausages neither turkey meat not good, baguels and toast cheap quality, but enought to not be hungry.”

”Happy with our 1st stay in the large family suite and the good breakfast ($7/person), we booked again on way back for the Champagne suite. The well kept big house can view the river from balconies of some rooms or the rooftop terrace (don't miss the sunrises). The hosts live on site and the lady was friendly and nice to talk to.”

”Room was cozy and clean. Unfortunately the doors are not great sound barriers so you can hear everything in the hallways and the doors slamming shut. I chose a weekend to get away for some R&R that the queens students were celebrating st Patrick’s day and they were partying in the hall at 3am. I originally booked two nights but did not stay the second night. ”
