Tunnelmallinen olohuone, jossa on ruskea nahkasohva, lasinen sohvapöytä ja kuviollisia koristetyynyjä. Suuri koristeellinen peili on ripustettu seinälle, ja takassa on kivinen reunus, joka on näkyvissä.
Huone, josta on näkymä järvelle, ruokapöytä tuoleineen ja ikkunalaudalla oleva ruukkukasvi.

  • Welcome to the North Shore House. This house is 1600 square feet, fenced in yard, accommodating 1 or 2 dogs, all 3 bedrooms face the water. Conveniently located between Brighton and Howell on a popular all Sports Lake. This is my forth year listing with VRBO on the North Side of Lake Chemung, we hope you enjoy your stay! It's going to be amazing, from the early morning water skiers to the mid afternoon sounds of laughter of kids tubing, the evening fishing tournaments and enjoy a bonfire at night. (Wood Included). This will be a vacation on the lake you will never forget. You have it all here at the NORTH SHORE HOUSE on LAKE CHEMUNG!!
    Enjoy the lakefront life style of this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Midcentury Modern Ranch with plenty of cottage flare, it's perfect for your family lake house getaway. Fantastic Water View greets you into a large open living and dining room and all 3 of the cozy bedrooms!
    This quaint home is full of amenities for the ease of lake life relaxation.
    The kitchen is fully equipped and connects to a large laundry/mud room with a washer and dryer. Wi-Fi, cable in the living room with Netflix and Amazon Prime help keep you connected and provide a cozy movie night in front of the large wood burning fireplace.
    The 2.5 bathroom allows plenty of space to get ready for a night on he town in the happening bars and restaurants, don't forget about MSTREET Bakery.
    This home has a unique large fenced in yard, pets welcome, so don't forget the dog!
    Maximum 2 (FEE $50.00 PER DOG - PER DAY).
    The back deck has a fully equipped propane grill and outdoor furniture, plenty of seating at the table to watch the boating activity on the water. Your very own dock is perfect for swimming, fishing and of course boating! There is a public boat launch to bring your own boat.
    Don't forget to try lake life in the winter months!! Have fun ice-skating, cross-country skiing and of course ice fishing.
    Close by is Kensington Metro Park, open year-round for outdoor activities and Mt. Brighton (Vail Ski Resort) just 5 minutes away.
    The North Shore House is just what you need to fulfill your lake house vacation plans with friends and family!!

This was our second trip to this home, and it was just as nice as the first time. We love the yard and view. It has everything you need and enough space to relax. We look forward to returning next time we are in the area!

It was beautiful and absolutely enjoyable. We had two days of sunshine and then five days of rain. But we love the rain. The home was well furnished. Some of the living room furniture is a little uncomfortable, but there’s adequate seating.There were eight of us and enough of everything. And sitting in the grass looking at the lake is very relaxing.

Family visit

Great place to stay with family. The yard was great for the kids and they had so much fun on the dock. We had a great time.

The view of the lake is amazing. It was so relaxing sitting out by the lake watching all the boaters and jet skis. The house is well appointed and beautifully decorated. Loved that soap, shampoo and paper products were supplied. Only 2 complaints. The grill is very dirty and wouldn’t cook on it. Require people to use foil. The fenced in yard didn’t work for our small dogs. Wish it had fencing at the corners of the house and there weren’t gaps at the gate to the dock.

Perfect blend of access to both lake and shopping. This was the most well appointed and equipped VRBO I've ever stayed at. It was like coming home to Mom's house where everything you needed was right where you expected it, and it was all planned for your comfortable stay. Super clean, and just a lovely place inside and out.

Lovely waterside cottage. The house was very well stocked with items like coffee, paper products and cleaning supplies. The hosts were timely with communications and flexible to our needs. I would recommend this VRBO!

The house was just right for our family Christmas! Thankful that our host had decorated for the holidays, making it feel more like being at home. Very well appointed kitchen. Fun to sit by one of the many windows and watch kids skating on the frozen lake, and wonder if the people ice fishing were having any luck.Loved all the special vintage touches throught the house.

We wanted a laid back weekend and it was perfect! The house is very clean and spacious, the view of the lake was beautiful, I brought my 2 golden retrievers and they enjoyed it as much as I did, the fenced yard was great! Looking forward to renting it again next summer!

Wonderful stay!

My family enjoyed our stay on the lake. The home is adorably decorated and comfortable. The view of the lake is gorgeous. The hosts were very responsive. You will enjoy your stay!

Wonderful place to stay!

This property and the owners were so friendly and responsive...the house was so nice to stay in...it was perfect for our weekend getaway! It was also really cool and made it even more special that they shared their house with us, as the owners shared a special story of how the acquired the house...a very special family bond and story! We sooo appreciated staying there and had such a wonderful time!

Father's Day

We had a great time Rob & Sandra are wonderful hosts and took care of all our needs. Yard was great for our pets. It was very peaceful and quiet as well with plenty of things to do nearby as well.

Northshore House

This house was the perfect place for a relaxing week at the lake for our family and dogs. Full kitchen made it easy to make meals. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch and watching the lake activities.

Nice roomy cottage

We were looking for a place to spend some time near our family in Michigan during the holidays. The cottage was a great fit and in a great location. It had everything we needed and more. Much more pleasant than staying in multiple rooms at a hotel

Cozy lake house close to Ann Arbor

We stayed here for my niece’s graduation. We had fun exploring Howell, Ann Arbor and Northville. The deck has a lovely view of the lake and it is a great place to kick back. The kitchen is well appointed but there are plenty of good restaurants nearby.

Family time

I only wish we had more time at this home. We loved everything about it as we have family close by to drop in during our week. Nicely furnished, cozy , outside amenities were outstanding. Hope we can return next year.

Wonderful lake stay

Had a great weekend at the lake with the family. Everything about the house was great. The house is so very well stocked with everything you could need. Couldn't have asked for anything more.
