”The hotel is clean and nice, maybe closer to 3 than 4 stars. Service is excellent. We changed the room from the street side to backyard side due to the traffic noise. On the other side you could still hear the scooters so air plugs were needed.

Decided to stay another night, asked the room price at reception and the price was almost double to online price, so paid online again and got downgraded to a room that was the poorest of all my visits in here. Furthermore, I was told that my first night payment was only a reservation fee, so I had to pay again. Happily they admitted their mistake, so hopefully I will be refunded... "
