Chalet't – Hualien

”Clean room and helpful staff!”

”Sauberes Zimmer”

”Tolles Hotel!

”Hotellissa on hyvä hinta/laatu suhde. Edullinen, siisti, pieni huone kohtuu lähellä rautatieasemaa.

”Visited Taroko Gorge and wanted a hotel nearby of the station. This is a very good option for that. Rooms are modern and comfortable. The city center and the beach are easy to visit by 10 free bikes provided by the hotel, for free! Really recommend using them, because then the city center, Pine Garden, Cultural Centre etc. are very easy to explore. Breakfast was more n the Chinese side, which was understandable. There was only few Caucasian travellers in the entire city, mostly Asians. Strongly...

”This is a beautiful hotel with genuinely beautiful rooms. We loved the view over the water. Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. The location is central and excellent for exploring downtown Hualien. Amenities are hit and miss. Weirdly, there’s no laundry service, for example, even though there was a laundry bag in the closet. It took multiple conversations with staff and two trips to the lobby to figure out that laundry service isn’t available (and with the hot and humid climate...

”Hotel is in a quiet location. Spacious room, good sized bathroom all very clean. Nice ocean view from the 6th floor. Breakfast was wonderful with a large selection of food items to choose from. Staff were very friendly and helpful.”

”Viele der angebotenen Dienstleistungen kosten extra.”

”Sehr gutes Frühstück”

”We stayed there for 3 nights. The staffs are very helpful. Breakfast is very good, but it is the same variety every morning. Rooms do not have safe, lotions, storage drawers, enough wall receptacles. For dinner, restaurant is more suitable to Asian than westerners, the style of service is for typical Asians. Dinner foods is is ok, nothing to brag about. If you drive your car, parking is underneath space is pretty.”

”Decent location. The hotel is no more than 3 stars and that's being generous, more like 2.5 stars. It provides the basic necessities. Facility is in need of a renovation. Guest rooms still require physical keys and not key cards. Rooms are relatively clean and beds are decent. A/C works well. Some bath towels are worn/thin and need to be replaced. We stayed for 2 nights. They provide guests with free bikes to use, first come first serve.”
