”Service was good. We had a very nice and spacious suite with a Gulf view. John's pass is a 3-4 minute drive away with many shops and restaurants. There is no tiki bar, but a happy hour behind the reception and a gift shop if you need any sun tan lotion etc.”

”The property is across the street from the beach and on the rooftop you can see a great sunset over the water. The hotel has 2 bars that serve food, as well as providing entertainment. The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable. The only thing negative were the servers at the rooftop bar. They were slow and didn't check on us at all. The bartender was great.”

”George and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing kind courteous welcoming and flexible. They responded very quickly to our communication needs. The location The View the rooms and the pool were all beautiful. Truly one of the best Treasures on the island.”

”the property outside and around the pool and apartments was unkept, weeds in flower beds, fences broken in spots, rusted legs on pool loungers, etc. The inside of apartment was ok. Did show wear but appeared clean. I wouldn't stay here again.”

”Good location with easy access over the causeway to Treasure Island and Madeira Beach. Top floor has a bit of a musty smell but Hotel is 110 years old. Wish we had seen some ghosts. Rooms are huge with comfortable bed and good size bathroom. Cold AC just a bit noisy. Breakfast was the best we have had by far at this price point. Good choice for this area.”

”This property does a good job adding charm, but at the end of the day it’s still an old renovated motel. Cleanliness could definitely be improved—we dealt with gnats during our stay and even spotted a small roach. If you’re assigned Room 5 or 24, be prepared. Both rooms are extremely small and located right next to the ice machine. Room 5 is especially problematic because it’s on the ground floor beside the supply closet, which staff access around the clock. Every time someone opens the supply...

”I can't say enough about how peaceful and relaxing my mom and myself's weekend was. We enjoyed our stay immensely and the proximity to the beach. You couldn't ask for much more..... We will absolutely be rebooking in the future if you're looking for a nice, quiet getaway, this is your place.”

”We enjoyed our stay at this unique property. The communication and ease of checking in was excellent and the location exceptional for a quick stay in downtown Gulfport. The stairs were not an issue for us and the amenities were fine. The quirky decor and extra room with a sofa added to the comfort. Two free cocktails that accompanied the room’s description were nice. (We stayed in the Paloma room.) Only one thing was amiss - contrary to the instructions, guests in the hotel did not receive 10%...

”check in was late. They did say they would give us free breakfast for that, but we never got that. My bedding and pillow cases had dirt and some gross crusty stuff on them. I did ask them to change our bedding and they did immediately. The bathroom sink water was a dribble, barely any water coming out of that faucet. Otherwise our stay was nice.”
