This condo is located on the basement floor of the 2nd building - Mariners Landing: The Pointe. This condo features 2 bedrooms and a 2 full baths. There is a Queen bed in the bedrooms - perfect for up to 4 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, utensils, and appliances needed to create your favorite meals from home. All linens are included in rental. We suggest bringing extra beach towels so you do not have to cut into bathing towels, however, there is a washer and dryer - please note detergent not included. You can enjoy the lake view from the kitchen, living room, and a walk out balcony straight to Lake access.
All guests have access to all of the amenities that include indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court (equipment not included), playground, game room, walking trails, private beach, etc. There is also an 18-hole golf course on site; clubs not rented, contact Mariners Landing Golf Course for more pricing and tee times. There are also a boat launch and complimentary floater docks during the day time. Please let us know if you will be keeping a watercraft in the water overnight so we can provide you with proper tags at the front desk along with taking payment for slip rental.

Mariners Landing Hospitality is located in a private golf and residential community tucked away in a cove on Smith Mountain Lake.
We are located off of highways such as 122 and 24 and Mile marker C6 by water. We have free parking in our lot on site. We are nearby main highways and routes to get to restaurants, water sports, and sight seeing on and off the water. We are located approximately 45 minutes from both Roanoke and Lynchburg airports.
