Täysin kunnostettu vuonna 2017. Uudet huonekalut, lattia, keittiö, vuodevaatteet, liinavaatteet, patiohuonekalut, kylpytynnyri, takkakuoppa ja paljon muuta! Koti sijaitsee rauhallisella laella kristallinkirkkaalla syvällä vedellä. Telakka-alue on ihanteellinen uimiseen ja kellumiseen, koska se on suojattu veneliikenteeltä. Nauti vuoristomaisemasta auringon ollessa ja oleskella juhlatilassa. Nauti järven tutkimisesta, kun risteilet rantaviivaa kahdella ilmaisella kajakilla, kanootilla ja meloa. Yöllä viettää aikaa päällystyslaitteilla, joilla on näkymät veteen, jossa voit nauttia paahtamalla vaahtokarkkeja tulipalon yli tai katsella tähtiä täyttävää taivasta rentoutuen huippuluokan kylpytynnyrissä. Kuistit ympäröivät taloa, yksi edessä ja kaksi takana. Propaanikaasugrilli on keittiön takakuistilla. Kodin sisällä: Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on makuuhuone, jossa parisänky (TV), makuuhuone, jossa kerrossänky, ja täysi kylpyamme. Katso televisiota kokoontuessasi perhehuoneeseen. Keittiössä syöminen tarjoaa uusia laitteita ja graniittiset työtasot. Lisää istuimia on muutaman askeleen päässä perhehuoneessa ja kannella. Yläkerrassa on yksi makuuhuone, jossa queen-vuode, täysi kylpyamme ja toisessa makuuhuoneessa kaksi queen-vuodetta. Molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on suuret komerot. Alemmalla tasolla on makuuhuone, jossa parisänky (TV) ja kylpyhuone. Alemmassa vivussa on viihdevaihtoehtoja, koska siinä on pingispöytä, foosball ja Air Hockey -pöydät. Maisireikä ja hierontapöytä ovat myös vaihtoehtoja. Nauti rentoutumisesta iso-TV: n edessä katsellaksesi suosikkiohjelmasi tai elokuvasi. Mukana DVD-soitin ja X Box 360. Wi-Fi on käytettävissä, mutta ei rajoittamaton tai sopiva suoratoistoon. Litteällä U-muotoisella ajotiellä on paljon pysäköintitilaa perheellesi. Naapurimaiden veneramppiin pääsee, jos haluat tuoda veneesi. Vuokraamisen vakuuttavan henkilön on oltava vähintään 24-vuotias. Perfect setting in nice sized cove. Relaxed on the upper deck and jumped in the lake from the lower deck on the dock. The house is spacious, well kept, updated throughout and well stocked. We enjoyed making s’mores at the picturesque setting firepit. My family agrees this was the best place we’ve rented at Smith Mt. Lake.

Treasure that lives up to its Promises

Older property that is well-maintained. Super comfy and plenty of room to spread out ( we were a party of 10). Game room was a big hit with the kiddos( X-box, air hockey, football, ping pong). Smith Mountain Lake is gorgeous and the cove where property is located provided safe area for kids to play in the water, kayak and paddle board.Plenty of lifejackets for all ages except infants.Upper Dock is awesome with great furniture and lower dock offered easy water access and place to tether our pontoon rental (which I highly recommend if you don’t have your own boat). We rented a tow tube and the kids couldn’t get enough! House is stocked with everything you need to cook. Starter supplies were great and the thoughtful welcome gift was a wonderful surprise . Owner is super nice and responds quickly to questions. House is 3-stories and sits high above the cove so be prepared for steps, but efforts are made to make the trek to the dock as safe and easy as possible. House has two covered decks with rockers and swings which were so nice. Adults enjoyed the hot tub.Kayaks, paddle board provided. We brought our own inflatables which was a great decision.We had a fabulous family vacation thanks to a gracious owner of a great property. Five stars! Thanks for making this home available.

Family time at the lake

The house sits on an amazing cove. We were all about fun in the water and hanging out on the back deck and double decker dock. Being September, it felt like we had the lake to ourselves, it was so quiet. We swam and had great fun on the paddle boards and kayaks. The water was perfect along with the weather. The house was very comfortable for a group of seven. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we could desire. I communicated with the host about a few very minor things and she responded promply. Staying there made me want to come back.

A Space for Everyone!

This is a lovely property filed with so many nice spaces: there really is a spot for everyone. Whether you feel like swimming, reading in the sun, gathering around a campfire or playing board games at night you can find your perfect space to relax and enjoy your vacation. The kitchen is well appointed with many great (extra) appliances and a spacious pantry large enough to store all the food needed for a crowd. We really enjoyed our time at this beautiful home!

Perfect for 2 families with kids!

We had an amazing stay. With 5 kids, ages 3-7, our 2 families had plenty of space inside and outside to enjoy our stay. The house is stocked - we cooked/grilled each night, played games, made smores, and loved our time on the lake using the paddleboards and kayaks! We rented a boat from Mitchell’s Marina which was easy and close. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again!

Amazing Lake house all the bells and whistles rustic, homey

All the amenities! So necessary to have washer dryer, fire pit, kayaks, hot tub, dishwasher! We had the perfect amount of beds/ rooms so everyone was comfortable and separated enough from noise. I have yet to have a place with a maid or a garbage disposal….but short of that, this place has it all:) the Lake cove was great for fishing and we were able to swim half mile protected from any big wakes. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful for our morning walks. I would totally go back here. Grateful for our gracious host!

Absolutely Wonderful Spot

We spent a weekend here for my Dad's birthday weekend for the guys in our family. We had a wonderful, relaxing time. It was quiet, comfortable and the best stocked rental any of us had ever stayed in. She had everything that we would have needed. The dock was lovely to spend time on, there is plenty of space, and the house was immaculate. Gwen was very communicative and understanding. Could not recommend the house and the incredibly gracious host more. I would 100% come back.

Lovely Fall Girls’ Weekend

My friends and I booked a weekend away from the spouses and kids for a quiet girls’ weekend and this was the PERFECT spot. The house was cozy, but had plenty of room for each of us to have space. Parking was terrific for 4 cars (and there was room for more.) The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The highlights were the big back deck overlooking the lake, the hot tub, the fire pit, and the dock. It was so peaceful and we are already talking about when we can go back. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Smith Mountain Lake.

Wonderful Rental Home

My family gathered together to stay at this home, and we had a lovely experience! The Huddleston area of the lake feels a bit less crowded, and this home is nicely situated in a no-wake cove. Outside, the property is nicely equipped with kayaks and paddle boards, plenty of adirondack-style and padded chairs, a nice firepit and a nice Weber Genesis grill. There is also a hot tub, but we didn't use it. Inside, the owner has thoughtfully equipped the home with drying racks in each bedroom, throw blankets, and everything you could think of in the kitchen. While we didn't use them, there's also a good selection of games and puzzles. Plus, the owner is great with communication. I'm sad to see that the property is already booked for next year! Perfect Friends Trip

We have stayed at many homes on SML and this is one of the best. The inside of the home is cozy with room for everyone, an amazingly stocked kitchen, and an area downstairs for the whole group to hang out until the wee hours of the morning without bothering the neighbors. That said, this house really shines with its outdoor spaces. The dock will entertain any group from dusk until dawn. The hot tup and both back decks have great views of the water. The location on the lake is also great for a group that just wants to enjoy the unspoiled parts of SML. Just across the water is our favorite no-wake cove to enjoy all day. Couldn't have asked for a better spot for a great weekend with even better friends.

Amazing Experience

Wow, we had an amazing time at this wonderful house! Especially glad that there were plenty of life jackets for all ages (aged 2 and up), ample boats, paddleboards and oars as well as lots of games and entertainment indoors. Hot tub and fire pit and the water jist topped this off as an amazing, relaxing vacation. Got super lucky with great weather. Thank you for opening up your home to us!
