”Perfect location to ski at Gore and explore Lake George village with hassle-free parking, clean rooms, and good amenities for pets. The breakfast was weak, but staff were super helpful, friendly, and available. Proximity to grocery store made the minimal breakfast not an issue. ”

”This establishment's advertising and most reviews certainly create a mismatch between expectations and reality. At a minimum, any usage of words by this establishment to describe themselves as "luxury" or "deluxe" (or any other related synonyms used) are inappropriate. This stay was intended for my wife and I's anniversary. When we checked in, the staff made the interesting comment after telling us our room number, "You can't change rooms." And we asked "What do you mean? We just got here, why...

”The inn is very old and this is reflected in the condition of the hallways in particular. One has to like an old-fashioned place, which we do as we have stayed there many times when passing through Saratoga Springs. The in-house restaurant is very convenient. The breakfast buffet this time was not as good as we have experienced in the past. ”
