”Almost everything was great. The only small hangups was the drive into the location had a rundown Sherri’s that had been closed for decades. It didn’t give us an inviting appeal. It should be bought and demolished. The other small thing. We had been on the 4th floor, the top. Everything was clean and perfect. Room, spotless. I’m not sure if it was a roof until or what, but all night long I listened to a harmonic hum start for 10 seconds off for 10 seconds or so……. All night long. Yes,...

”Staff was very good and we were given clear instructions on where to get the key because we were arriving about 9pm. The room seemed very clean except there were some very large stains on the carpet near the front door, other than this the room appeared to be clean. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows.”

”Our room was in a daylight basement with a grand view of a dirt sidewalk. The bathroom reeked of a combination of mold and bleach, as did most of the facility. The TV did not function, the unfortunate desk clerk had the same issue with at least 3 other rooms. After trying multiple remote controls, he finally had to actualy change out the TV. Which leads us to the only bright spot, the desk clerk. He was unfailingly cheerful and helpful despite all the issues the facility presented him with. 5...
