Altis is a 48 sqm apartment on the first floor of the Phoenix Residence in Alpe d’Huez, set directly on the slopes. A 17 sqm terrace extends the living space, with open views across the surrounding mountains. The apartment is best suited to two adults, with a sofa bed in the living area for up to two children.

The bedroom has direct access to the terrace, which offers mountain views and natural light. The living room features a decorative fireplace and leads into a fully equipped kitchen with space for dining and relaxation. The sofa bed is located in the main living area, offering versatile sleeping arrangements.

Residents have access to shared facilities including a heated indoor pool, sauna, hammam, and fitness room. A private underground parking space and ski locker are also available. The Alpe Express and Marmottes lifts, as well as shops and restaurants, are all within walking distance. In winter, the ski area includes runs such as La Sarenne, one of the longest black runs in the Alps, whilst in summer the resort is known for hiking, cycling, and mountain biking.

Altis is located in the same residence as Prato and Lumea, and the three apartments can be booked together to accommodate up to 12 adults and 4 children.
