”The rooms we booked were disgusting. They were moist, mold on the walls, and the bathroom was visibly dirty- hair all over the floor and dirt built up all over the floor as well. I know they’re renovating, but the cleanliness was sub-par. Staff was very nice and the breakfast was very good, lots of options for all appetites. ”

”I had booked our room through Expedia about 2 months before travel. I booked a queen suite with sofa bed and when we got to the property they said they only had a king suite with sofa bed. The receptionist said it was Expedia's fault because they don't check what rooms the hotel has available. Not sure if that is true or not. Made for a very tight stay for our family of 6 for 5 nights. There was a bunch of hair on the pool deck for 2 days before being cleaned up. Breakfast staff was grouchy and...

”I will be very honest with this hotel. I had to get something quick because we had an event coming up and we drove 6 hours from NY to Virginia. Right when we checked in we were greated by the staff and they were very nice I will say that.
Got to the elevator to go to the room and horrible . The smell the floor the elevator just so nasty and DIRTY.
Get into the room and right off the bat the sofa was disgusting nothing was whipped down had such a musty smell.
I immediately called the front desk...
