The covered terrace offers a lovely view of the lake – ideal for morning coffee, evening barbecues, or simply unwinding in the calm surroundings. Inside, you’ll find a cozy living area with a fireplace and a comfortable sofa bed. The small kitchen is equipped with a countertop stove, oven, and fridge/freezer – everything you need for preparing delicious holiday meals.



The bedroom features a bunk bed, and in the adjacent annex you’ll find a bathroom with toilet and shower, along with an additional room furnished with a sofa bed – perfect for guests or larger families. Down by the lake, a rowboat is available for those who want to try their luck fishing or just enjoy the peaceful water.



Explore Hultsfred and the Surroundings

Just ten minutes from the cottage, the town of Hultsfred offers grocery stores, shops, and restaurants for your daily needs. About 30 minutes away lies Vimmerby, home to Astrid Lindgren’s World – a magical destination for both children and adults.

Nearby, you’ll also find MX World Collection, one of Europe’s largest motorcycle museums, and the popular indoor playground Kalles Lek & Lattjo – a favorite among families. Bullerbyn and Katthult, where the beloved Emil of Lönneberga stories were filmed, are also within easy reach. At Virum Moose Park, you can see and even pet moose up close.

In just 40 minutes, you can reach the coastal town of Västervik – several times voted Sweden’s best summer town. Stroll the harbor, enjoy great food and shopping, or spend a relaxing day at Gränsö Castle’s spa or the adventure water park at Lysingsbadet.
