Onnellinen Paradise Home

Tämä talo sijaitsee porteilla; itäosassa, on mukava ranta, ihanteellinen aurinkoa ja nauttia ihanan rentouttava, joka sijaitsee itärannikolla Puerto Rico. Siinä on kaikki mitä tarvitset todellista mukavaa lomaa varten. Se on maaginen paikka - lumoava vetäytyminen, joka sijaitsee noin 60 km: n päässä. pääkaupungista San Juanista ja noin 45-50 minuutin ajomatkan päässä San Juanin kansainväliseltä lentokentältä Luis Muñoz Marin. Valitset sen ja meillä on se! Tässä yhden tarinan talossa on 4 makuuhuonetta ja 3 kylpyhuonetta. Kaksi makuuhuonetta queen-size-vuoteella. Muissa 1 makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuoteet ja toisessa makuuhuoneessa kolme 3 kerrossänkyä, täysi sänky pohjaan ja parivuode päälle. Autotalli kahdelle autolle, täysin varustettu keittiö, erittäin mukava ja tilava olohuone, hälytys, TV kaapeli-tv: llä ja Wi-Fi!Allas on pois tästä maailmasta! Se alkaa matalasta päästä 3 jalkaa ja syvään päähän menee jopa 10 metriä. Talossa on kaksi BBQ-kaasua ja yksi hiili, jossa on mukava pöytä kuudelle, uima-altaan lähellä olevalla terassilla. ! Tässä kodissa on taattu hämmästyttävä loma!

Your beautiful house was spacious. We enjoyed your outdoor area with the swimming pool, comfortable chairs, and eating area. The Nature Reserve and the beach were connected to the gated community. Your location was an easy drive to Fajadaro for snorkeling and bioluminous kayaking. We enjoyed our stay.

The house was amazing!! Very spacious for our group, the pool was the highlight of the house and came with floaties. The house has everything you can think of and need during your stay, plenty of towels, toiletries, dishes, spices. We felt safe in the community, it was quiet & the most delicious empanadas were to the left of the community (1st restaurant when you exit ). The beach is walking distance but with all the sargassum we didn’t enjoy that and it stunk (this has no reflection on the house just sharing info). Annie is an awesome host and I would highly recommend this place!

Infestation of ants. Huge roach. No water for entire day. Owner told us to use a mop bucket to fill to put water to be able to use toilets. The owner has backup water system which a neighbor told us about if we didn’t ask around they would not have offered the tank back up system. Had to spend extra money to buy usable water no offer to reimburse. She stated it’s the compo which the area we stood was city even our relatives from PR were flabbergasted with stating it was compo. Owner assumed we were not familiar with area.

Great 50th Anniversary Trip with the Family

The pool was a great hit! The house was comfortable, but kitchen was always very warm and was well stocked with all the things you need to feed 9. No ceiling fans. We had air conditioning in the bedrooms and family room. The house was in a great location to the places we visited. We had a Beach at the front of the property. Lots of seaweed right now, but that is expected at times. Restaurants close by and the food was delicious. I can see us going again!

We had such an amazing time in PR.

We had such an amazing time in PR. This house was beautiful and spacious. Everything was updated and well kept. We stayed with 5 adults and 4 kids. There was more than enough room. The pool was amazing and gave us hours of entertainment when we didn't want to leave the house. When we were in PR we experienced the island wide blackouts but this home has solar panels so we were still able to use all outlets. The home was very clean and comfortable. There were items you could take and return from the beach like insulated bags, chairs and even some sand buckets and shovels. Annie was amazing! She was always available and helped us whenever we had any concerns. I would definitely stay again!

Made the perfect vacation!!

We had traveled with my family, and 3 children. This place was absolutely perfect. Clean, comfortable, outside was perfect as it had a pool, grill, large table for our family to sit and eat at after grilling. Kids had a blast & didn’t want to leave. Annie was always a call or text away & answered any of our questions without hesitation. Would stay here again!

Puerto Rico Vacation Humacao

We loved the house and my grandchildren loved the pool. Anne was wonderful and she answered all our questions. We traveled back to Caguas and San Juan to visit family. Walmart was closed by to buy what we needed and plaza had several places to eat. Place was nice and quiet we enjoyed our stay. Hopefully we could return soon to Puerto Rico.

Felt like home.

Our stay here was amazing. The house is beautiful and spacious. My 2 kids 17, 12 shared the bunk room. My older parents had the bedroom with their own bathroom, so convenient! Eveything is one level which made it easy for my parents. The pool is gorgeous we were in it every day. Eveything you need is close by. Walmart is 7 minutes away and there a great local restaurants down the road. There are great beaches only 30 minites. There is so much to do and see! Anna is so attentive and thoughtful and only a phone call away if there is anything you need. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay at a great house!

This house was just wonderful and roomy. In a great location for all our needs. The kids couldn't get enough of the great pool that was like bath water. The property manager Annie was also just great and was available to help with whatever we needed which was so helpful. We can't wait to go back!

A gem!

A lovely intimate yet spacious house located in a quiet, gated community a block away from a beach. It met my family’s needs perfectly allowing everyone to have their own bed. The location is nice with restaurants, a shopping center, and grocery store close by. The owner is communicative, genuinely nice, and cares about the property as well as your stay. We plan to return and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for helping us having a wonderful vacation!

House as Pictured

House was just as pictured…. Host Annie was wonderful. …. House is in quiet location. As it was just what we needed. As our son had just recently passed away. The only thing I didn’t like was the locked closets in the bathroom. It just seemed creepy. Having a locked closet like that in the private bathroom area Most attractions are like 45 min to an hour drive

We brought a large group for a mission trip and rented 6 different homes! Ms Annie was so helpful when booking and her home was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and when we come back, we will request to stay here again! She had everything that we needed!!

Nice escape for a ladies extended weekend

Property is as shown in pictures. Home is spacious and kirchen well equipped. Bathrooms are on the small side but not too small. Pool is great for 4 or 5 adults to just chill in. Gated neighborhood is lovely, beautiful houses and location next to the Preserve was a bonus.Recommend Patria restaurant nearby for dinner!

A perfect get away

The property was amazing! The pictures don’t do it justice. Was great to have separate bedrooms for my teenage boys. We brought our switch with so we could play when the night was complete. There were so many games onsite though that we really didn’t need it. Loved having a pool in the backyard (it’s bigger than it looks in pictures) and being able to walk to the beach. Had a minor issue, but Annie was great and took care of things in a very timely manner. We will definitely be going back and would love to stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation in Puerto Rico

We really loved our vacation and our stay at Villa Palmira in a little gated community. The accommodation was even more spacious than it looked on the website! The beds were very comfortable and it was great to have 3 bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. Annie, the property manager was excellent! Her instructions for checking in were detailed and clear. When we had a question about anything she answered immediately. The pool and outdoor patio were perfect. There was huge, long beach and beautiful Nature Preserve just a couple of minutes walk down our road. Fabulous place to stay!

Comfort Inn

The house was a great fit for my family and I. It was very clean. The house had everything. We ever use there beach chairs to take with us. We enjoyed the pool. The only downside was no smoking on the property. My husband loves his cigars and that was one we had to pause.

Great place to stay away from the busy tourist areas

This house is exactly as pictured and has everything you need for a great vacation. It has plenty of room, a well stocked kitchen and the pool was fantastic! We really enjoyed this location outside of the busy tourist areas. It was quiet but we still had easy access to all of the east side of the island. We took trips to El Yunque, Fajardo and also explored around Humacao.

Beautiful house

House is great. More than enough room. Grandkids want to move to PR now. Shopping and restaurants are close by. Walmart was only 2.5 miles away. Down the street from the ocean (no swimming allowed) but the view was great. Roads in Humacao were much wider than many areas we went to on the island. 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and an in ground pool that my kids loved. Large screen tv in living room. Kitchen is perfect. Beds were comfortable and personal AC in every room. Micro ants were everywhere on the island, which we expected and understand that it is a tropical island. I haven’t been to PR in 28 years and I will definitely be back soon. I couldn’t have gotten a more perfect place to stay. The sound of coqui frogs was very relaxing for me. Great place to stay and Annie, the hostess was very accessible. Will do again. My family gives this place an 11 out of 10 score.

Good times

We enjoyed our stay here, the location and amenities were ideal, the pool is nice and a local beach was literally a couple of minutes by foot. By car we were able to easily get to the key sights/day trips that we wanted to get to. Would recommend!

Decent stay

The house was a nice house, however the house was very clean and seemed like it hadn’t been used in a while. We had a problem with tiny ants on the floor, table, and confer that we were not able to get rid of even after mopping and washing down counter. The kids enjoyed the pool and the games that were provided. Overall we did get some enjoyment out of the house.
