Huvilat – Humacao

”Right on the water, comfortable beds, like a treasure hunt to get there, but we loved the adventure. Not for elderly as wooden staircase to sleeping quarters with same outdoor stairway to kitchen and second bath. Still, fun place to stay with excellent communication from host.”

”Todo estuvo perfecto limpieza 💯communication al 💯 y los servicios ofrecido todo me parecio exelente buen olor en las toallas y sabanas ,”

”As we pulled into the parking lot for the house, the front looked more modest than we expected. Be patient, because everything else was wonderful and met or exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was spacious, well stocked and in great condition. The bedrooms were roomy, clean and comfortable. The common areas are well taken care of and have great seating for large groups. The outdoor areas were also spacious and in great condition. Finally, the owner is amazingly responsive and helpful. It was...

”This space is designed to immerse you in the beauty of the coastal waters. The two upstairs bedrooms are the only traditional "enclosed" rooms featuring a view of the sea, AC and their own toilet/sink. There is a shared semi-enclosed bath tub, toilet and shower in addition on the ground floor. Otherwise, the kitchen area is essentially outside and open. Very nice for our purposes, but may not be for everyone. Easy access to the water for kayaking and swimming. The water is quite calm and shallow...

”This property is as advertised and much more. So much room and space to relax between the 2 floors. The pool table and sauna were a nice touch as was all of the appropriations in the kitchen and the bathrooms. The property was super clean and well stocked with everything you’d need whether staying for a short or long trip. The host Trayce was awesome with communication and recommendations. We will definitely stay here again.”

”This property and host are top tier !!! Red carpet worthy and most importantly a hidden gem in this community. I even extended my stay here since my family and I were so impressed and comfortable here! I look forward to booking again on my next trip to this majestic island!!!!!!”

”Property is in a sketchy area. This is not a home. It is a 2 level deck with two bedrooms on the upper level. The kitchen and living room are outside. The only place to escape the heat is in the small bedrooms that only have a bed and two nightstands attached to the wall of which one was falling off. The AC was set at 60 but the bedrooms were still warm because they are not insulated. We only stayed on the property for about an hour. It was very hot and there was nowhere to be cool except the...

”Great host, very helpful, everything as expected. The room layout worked for our group. AC was great, check in easy, highly recommend.”

”The house was nice but could use some TLC. One of the downstair rooms needs a new mattress, the benches in the living room are in need of repair, and both showers upstairs need new shower heads. Overall, it is a comfortable house close to the rainforest and the Luquillo beaches.”
