âThe first room we got must have been an old smoking room. The first desk clerk could not help us to move but the one the next day was very kind and moved us. Itâs an older property and needs tlc.â

âI booked a room as a stop on a cross country trip. We were unimpressed: the check-in surprised us with a $100 deposit for incidentals, hallway carpets were dirty and the facility common areas were worn and dirty. Exterior doors were broken and would not close or lock. The room was only marginally better: worn furnishings, broken chair, and clearly used bedsheets that had stains and burn holes in them. Air conditioner was noisy and produced a rancid smell if it had to go to heating mode, so...

âWe had no bath towels, washcloths and only one bar of soap when we checked in. Had to go to desk and request. Bed was poorly made. Parking was unusual. If closest lot was full oh had to go around block to enter 2nd row of parking.â
