Hinta-laatusuhde ei ehkä paras mahdollinen, aamiainen ei sisälly vaikka aamulahvit voikin itse keitellä. Alue on tosi hyvä! Palvelu tosi hyvää myös, vaikka lentojen myöhästelyn takia tuli yllättävä late check in niin asia järjestyi helposti!”

”The staff lack training in hospitality, customer service, and consideration. The photos used are misleading. The property is under scaffolding. It doesn't matter how much cleaning is done, the kitchen, bathrooms, and common areas always feel gritty and sticky. This hostel is far from community-oriented with how the staff avoid greetings and acknowledgment. Most of the people who stay here also contribute to the discomfort and awkwardness.”

Rooftop bar view is cute but cocktails not great, I would skip them. There are dozens of cute coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, bars & shops all steps away. would definitely stay here again.”

”Well I'll start with the pros. So the place is very clean, the staff were great, check in was easy. The people in the Cafe make a great caramel macchiato. Fitness center is a nice size and has a variety of equipment. Looked clean. Now the cons: The bed could've been more comfortable for my liking, but that is solely a personal thing. Everyone has their desired mattress firmness. The shower is open. So only half of the shower has a door and the other half is wide open. They leave a towel in...

”This is the 4th time I've stayed at this hotel. It is always clean. The staff is courteous. And the bar has decently strong drinks. But the real draw for me and why I keep coming back is Steven. He works at the front desk. And each time I return and he is there, he greets me warmly as if we're old friends and I'm staying at his home. He makes the difference for me. Thanks Steven for your kindness and attention to detail!”

”There is something for everyone at this nicely located hotel near the Green Line and steps away from many chic restaurants and bars. The Hoxton pays attention to details and adds the extras that elevate a stay -- water bottle fill stations on every floor, coffee bar in the hotel, quick early breakfast delivered to the room for those rushing out. The downside was the AC did not work in our room, the fridge did not cool in our friends' room, and a room flooded into the hall, so some maintenance...
