”Expedia confirmed my booking and took payment. Around two hours later, the host cancelled because of “an error with the calendar” — for a stay that was due the very next day. That alone was bad enough, but the refund process made it worse. It took two days and three phone calls to Expedia to chase a proper refund, after the first refund shown was only partial. So I was left with no accommodation, wasted time, unnecessary stress, and then had to fight to get back the money I should never have...

”We were in skegness a little earlier, but it was a bit rainy day . Aramide let as ceck in bit earlier then schedule, as the flat was ready and she didn't want us to hang around in the rain. Thank you Aramide for that. Olso the flat was clean and confortable, I can't fault any part of the experience. Raccomend any time.”

”It was the cheapest option available on Expedia. Location was absolutely perfect. All the main shops were 7-10 minutes walk from my apartment. Beach was on 8 min walk. Room was reasonably clean. No problem with checking in. Nice quiet spot for rest after the full day of excitement. Can’t complain about anything for the price I paid. With little bit of TLC the owner can get double the amount of money.”

”Quality of furniture in the apartment is really poor with one dining seat being dangerous and mattress on all beds poor. Showers are best left to run for at least 15 minutes till they heat up and was disappointed there was only the kitchen area to sit in which had no tv but one in main bedroom. Stairs are a killer and was not advised about available parking to the rear which I only found on our last night. Can’t fault how clean it all was and it was £100’s cheaper than everything else nearby....
