”Honestly, I don't know if the people mnanaging this or the people at the front desk have ever been in this apartment building. We were told our FOBs were programmed for parking and that we should go down to the front desk and have them reprgrammed. The FOBs don't work for parking. You need another clicker. The water did not get hot enough. To make it worse, the entrie time we were there (18 days), there was no water pressure. We were told it was a problem in the whole building. When I checked...

”It was an inconvenience from the beginning until the end. Front desk is never at their desk… I waited an hour just to check out….when front desk is finally available they don’t guide you properly they seem lost themselves. I was never asked for an ID but was provided a key - I never received the package they are suppose to provide. I had to pay $20 a day for parking. While I was in the room I got a message that they were going to cancel my stay due to the third party not having a picture of...

”Good. Location, sunlight, amenities, security, clean, Medium. Looked good, but furniture was not upholstered enough, kitchen missing towels, cleaner, sponges, trash bags. BAD. The worst bed I have ever had in a vrbo. The ad was for a queen, which would have been fine but it had been changed out for a king, which was I believe a king box spring meant to stage the apartment. Our contact was helpful, she purchased a bed topper which helped somewhat. Other - Really could have used a notebook...

"Clean and big room. Nice pool."

10/10 Loistava

"Clean and nice hotel very close to L’Enfant plaza metro (use entrance/exit B). Friendly service. Tiny room but worked well for us. Only minor complaint would be the water pressure in the shower was kinda lame…but like I said, minor. Enjoyed my stay and very much loved the pillows and comfy bed :)"

Motto by Hilton Washington DC Downtown

8/10 Hyvä

"Had a good 5-night stay here, everything worked. Although the room was snug, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom did the job (thought the night light was a great addition), and the location was superb (although a bit restless in the evenings). Only down side was the sound insulation which was alright, for a couple nights I could hear some machine humming away (fairly loudly) in the hallway, no clue what it was for, but was grateful when it finally stopped. All in all, great place with good connections and a comfortable stay in many ways."
