”The room was clean but should not be classified as a 2 bedroom. It’s one room with partitions that don’t go to the ceiling that separate the rooms. Villas overlook main road and noise from traffic could be heard. The queen bed was like sleeping on a wooden plank. Bathroom had tiles separating, and laminate stuck to the wall with tape. Outdoor areas look dated back to the 80’s, the whole place needs a lot of maintenance. Not worth the $400 a night, more like $200 at best, if it was in better...

Abdolutely beautiful view over Hunter Valley, old buildings create a pleasant athmosphere. No outdoor pool, but indoor pool in spa premises is a big one. Sauna is way too mild and not in good shape.
