”The staff here was absolutely fantastic, especially Lailah! We also met one of the cleaners, who was lovely, as well as a friendly man who came to look at our phone that wasn't working (I also pointed out the cracked shower tiles to him). I've given 5 stars for cleanliness, because this was honestly one of the cleanest apartments we've ever stayed in! My only little gripe was that the ice-cube tray had the remnants of something orange in it. I would strongly recommend this hotel overall! N.B. If...

”The one and only issue was the pool needs to be heated. It would then get more use. The spa seemed to be the same temperature as the pool not sure if this is meant to be the case?”
