”Communication was very good. For the most part, we had an enjoyable stay. There were a couple of deficiencies during our five nights. We were unable to regulate the temperature in the kitchen/living room area, even though we set the thermostat to 80. The temperature never warmed up and it felt quite chilly but we managed. ”There was great communication from the host. The amenities worked well for us during our stay. Being on the Main Street, it was loud. We did wear earplugs to drown out the noise when sleeping. The sulphur smell from the water was, at times, overwhelming. The water may not have been run for some time, because the smell wasn't as bad after 2 days. We did not use the firepit, but did walk around in the backyard to see the waterfall. There was some trash left in the backyard or maybe an animal...

It's an adorable home with good juju that is only a few minutes walk to the heart of Phoenicia, including the lovely Esopus Creek, of which we provided a photo.
