My complaint- door was broken, when we first used the key it worked but then it stopped working and the workers couldnt fix it until the next day when we left for a little bit. Very inconventient because we had to keep bothering them to manually open our door. And it wasn't just one room, both room door did that. ”Rooms were dirty. There was a used feminine pad in-between the bed and table next to the bed. The bathroom was dirty. The bedding looked dirty. It looked like it was never cleaned for awhile. The staff also kicked me out after an unwanted guest came knocking on my door and made a huge scene after they had called and asked me if I knew her and I told them I did but I never told her to come and that I asked her to leave. ”Pros: Staff was friendly and helped with problems that arose. Cons: constant dog barking, people yelling and fighting banging on walls and floors, weed clouds everywhere (not everyone wants to be forced to inhale that all day everyday) ”
