We know you will love staying in our 2bed/2.5bath townhome.

This exquisite townhome boasts 2 primary suites (queen bed room on ground floor, primary king bed room on 3rd floor, twin trundle in common room on 2nd floor, each providing a private and comfortable retreat. With 2.5 baths, including a Roman tub, guests can indulge in a luxurious and spa-like experience. The living room is enhanced by a cozy fireplace, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. TV (living room) have YouTube TV, Hulu, Netflix, Peacock and Disneyplus.

French doors throughout the home add an elegant touch and allow natural light to illuminate the living spaces. The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances, catering to both functionality and modern aesthetics. A convenient laundry room is located on the ground floor for added convenience. The patios and decks, both large and relaxing, offer a perfect space to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The Waterfront community ensures security and exclusivity with its attached 2-car garage and gated community. Positioned next to the prestigious Hyatt and Hilton hotels, residents enjoy the convenience of proximity to upscale amenities and services. Guests will have access to the entire townhome and community amenities.

We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

HOUSE RULES
>Must be 25 years old to book
>No parties
>No events
>No smoking inside
>Quiet time after 10pm (includes loud voices and music)
>No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation
>We provide a starter kit of toiletries for guests - if toiletries run out it`s on the guest to get more for their stay

AMENITY ACCESS
$50 fee to the HOA for access to community pool (optional)

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
