Pool and hot tub were good part of the experience. Odd communication with host: “Hi, is ok for me stop by & enter the house Check power networks I’m probably just around living room” VRBO advertises stays without host interruption and there were no issues with the power. We had reached out about the internet being down and I declined the host access while our kids were swimming. They did come by with our permission the next day while we were gone but did not confirm what if anything the addressed with visit.The dishwasher didn’t function properly and we had to use paper plates, the oven had not been cleaned for a while and we had to turn it off instead of using it to avoid a grease fire after we had warmed it up to attempt it o use it, the rooms were clean but there was an excessive amount of air fresheners in use throughout the house, the pool was advertised as heated but wasn’t heated so kids were more brave than the parents in using it.The stay was fine but not in the Exceptional category
