”Check in time was 4pm. Asked several times if room was ready. Finally at 445 got in room. Stayed in dog friendly room. Room was nice but floor had dog hair from previous pet. Our yorkie doesn't shed, so hair was not hers. Mentioned to front desk so we wouldn't be charged for extra cleaning. Overall nice, clean hotel and casino. Nice restaurant.”

”We were passing thru and needed somewhere to stay for the night. It had a funny smell, the kind that clings to your clothes. I did not have the breakfast, my husband did. It was just okay, nothing to get excited about. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay for one night, this is your place. I would not stay more than one night.”

Three Good Things: The room was clean overall; The bed, pillows, mattress and towels were very good; Check in and check out was very easy, and the front end staff were very nice and pleasant. ”The staff was unwilling to let me cancel my reservation the day of my reservation because I had a funeral come up. I hadn’t checked I yet. They refused to work with me or help even given the circumstances. They charged me for the full 2 nights. They wouldn’t even give me a cancellation fee. I found them rude and uncaring.”

”The Terrible rating is really on using Expedia. Expedia is a big hassle to use them when things change unexpectedly. Very difficult to talk to anyone about a change. The savings is not worth the headaches. Yes i could have bought the insurance, but then it eats into the savings, so why use them?. I will never use Expedia again! i would rather pay full price for a hotel with the knowledge of I can simply call the hotel and rearrange things easily.”
