There were roaches EVERYWHERE!!!! The original room we were booked in didn’t have a refrigerator, was a smoking room (we booked nonsmoking) smelled like a bar had burn marks everywhere. Talked with front office about getting moved to a different room offered to “upgrade us free” because the fridge rooms were $7 more…. We were moved into ANOTHER smoking room the fridge wasn’t working the microwave looked almost brand new inside and the bathroom was covered in roaches, piss stains, the shower was falling apart and was DISGUSTING! Was told they didn’t have any maintenance or cleaning staff which was VERY apparent…. So we got some cleaning supplies cleaned the the room and bathrooms the rags were BLACK after just cleaning the toilet and shower. If you’re looking for cheap rooms that’s fine this is a good place if you don’t mind cleaning them lol however this is NOT anything like the photos on their website. The girl at the office originally told me since I was upset about the fridge she would just cancel our room to go somewhere else and I was just flabbergasted with her attitude she then later came back telling us she would move us but it was free since she really couldn’t do anything about it…..roaches wise do not leave anything in your room that you’re taking home with you unless you want them to come with you lol they were alll over our shoes when we woke up the next day we just left everything in the car and would use it and put it back in the car -1 star
