The cozy living room offers plenty of seating for relaxing conversations, movie nights, or catching the big game, while a dedicated workspace provides a quiet spot to check in on emails if needed. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, featuring a full-size fridge, stove, coffee maker, and all the essentials. Enjoy meals together at the sleek dining table or keep things casual with additional seating nearby.

    The home’s split-level layout offers both privacy and personality. Downstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms and a beautifully updated full bathroom with a walk-in shower and marble finishes. One bedroom features two full beds and fun extras like chess and darts for a little friendly competition, while the second offers a cozy queen bed retreat.

The home was very clean and cozy. We enjoyed the layout of the house. We also liked the location as it was very close to everything that we needed. The host was really amazing. If I texted she responded back promptly. She was very cooperate to our needs. Would definitely stay at this place again. The only side notes I have are as follow.1. We hoped the pool was ready for our stay.2. The grass needed cutting.3. We were confused with towels the first day. All the extra towels were still in the dryer.4. The ac unit wouldn't let you keep it at the level you personally wanted. After sometime would pace you would have to adjust it again. But other than that we enjoyed our stay

We reserved this because of two things that were highlighted in the listing. The pool and garage parking. The pool was an unusable mess and the garage door didn't work. The code to get in didn't work. We were then given an incorrect code to the lockbox. We waited nearly 30 minutes from when we arrived until we could actually get in. There was one roll of toilet paper for 8 people, 4 forks in the "fully stocked kitchen" and no can opener.The pool and the garage door were reported to the property manager. The response amounted to "Oh, sorry". So more or less they just said too bad, sucks to be you. No type of reimbursement was offered from the property management. The location is convenient to many things, but that and good water pressure are the only positives I can give. Certainly not the chocolate brown oven from the 80s that the door wouldn't stay closed on or the one remote for the tvs that had to be shuttled back and forth between the upstairs and downstairs to watch TV. Which we did alot of because we couldn't use the pool.Crappy place. Do not recommend.

The best thing that can be said about this property is that the property manager was adequately responsive to my texts, unfortunately, she was unable to correct the defects at this property.To begin, the code that they gave me for the lock was wrong. It took 20 minutes of my family waiting outside, for them to give me a code that would work.When we did get in the house we found it extremely dirty and in disrepair. There were dead and live insects in both bathrooms and in the downstairs bedrooms. Both shower drains were clogged. There was dirt and debris, empty bottles and spilled beer under one of the beds. There was wet laundry in the washing machine (which was in the garage). The garage filled with trash and debris.The pool was disgustingly filthy and we had to spend our own money to get the water tested and buy chemicals to try and balance the chemistry. We spent over 50 dollars t use it for one day! When I mentioned this I was told that they were shifting gears and the pool would be closed. The main reason for renting this was for the pool! The mechanicals (pump, filter, hoses ect) are not properly plumbed and the electrical connections are sitting in standing water and duct tape, making an electrical shock hazard! a cleaning crew did come and reclean, but the place really needs a deep clean and repainting. The home was flooded some time in the past and was never cleaned properly as evidenced by the stains on the bottoms of the doors, walls, and tile downstairs
