”Property was amazing. Just an fyi that maybe the cleaning staff should be advised of. Some of the rooms had a faint urine odour. There was cobwebs and dead bugs in the top corners of some shared rooms. The cloth hot plate was very dirty (dried egg on it) and BBQ was unusable as it was very dirty.”

”My first impression was WOW!!!! Everything was just as is in the pictures. This was a very family friendly accommodation. There were games, toys, and the kid's bathroom had the whale over the spout. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, dishes, utensils, silverware and more. There was a whole spice drawer. Amazing. Loved that the Keurig was a coffee pot and could use pods too. There was grill, which we used. Plenty of firewood to use the outdoor firepit, which we did, twice and...

”We recently stayed at this cottage outside of Gravenhurst, and it was by far the worst vacation rental we have ever experienced. The property was not just dated—it was filthy and appeared to have been neglected. Upon arrival, there were no kitchen cloths, no paper towels, and only a 2 half rolls of toilet paper with no extras provided. The cottage smelled strongly of cigarette smoke mixed with mould. The dishwasher was full of partially cleaned dishes, and several kitchen cupboard doors were...

”STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE: House was dirty, refrigerator dirty, oven filthy, after 9:00 we tried to go to bed NO SHEETS ON THE BED. Check in was late by 2 1/2 hours. We were promised a refund by the owner, if we left. We left. Now he’s refusing the refund. Stay away from this place.”

”Bathroom floors and vanity not clean, sheets on one bed seemed damp, back porch was not clean, many days not clean, sliding doors had cobwebs at all corners, no screen door here, steps from parking to door in very poor, dangerous condition, kayaks were not cleaned off and made ready for use. This cottage had not been made ready for guests. Concerned that vrbo is advertising for unkept property. We wasted time, money, dreams of a wonderful weekend ruined!!”

”Quiet area in New neighborhood. Firepit in open yard backing onto wooded area made it have a country feeling.”

”Space was not clean and had the odor of mold/musty. The outdoor space was not well maintained. The seating outside had molded seats and sitting water on one of the seats. Screen door mesh was missing. It was not a pleasant site to be welcomed and made it seem the space was not well maintained. I would not consider booking this property again as it seems like the owner does not care whether the space is well maintained or functioning properly for their guests.”
