”Had a great relaxing time away with my wife. The peacefulness of the area was definitely a key factor. I was curious how being close to other houses would impact the peace and quiet, but the whole back area is angled in a way to seem like you were alone in the woods. We loved the house and everything it had to offer. The number of deer in that area made it especially fun.”

”Super cool house. Very clean. Quick and easy communication. 2 couples stayed here and we each got our own level of privacy which was great. We really enjoyed the space and property! Super unique.”

”This VRBO is outstanding! It is absolutely beautiful! The home has anything you could ever need. It is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfortable as is everything in the home. We had a group of 9 women for a weekend getaway and the home accomodated us all very comfortably. The host was lovely and extremely communicative. We loved everything about this VRBO!”

”The room is clean and very nicely furnished, the kitchenette has what we needed for having a light snack and cocktails. The cave right beyond the patio made it the most unique places we've stayed in. It's also right in the center of Eureka Springs making it a convenient to restaurants and shopping.Check in and out was easy the host responded to questions in a timely manner.If you have a lot of luggage the parking spot is a bit of a walk from the room.”

”The stay was amazing. The accommodations were great. It was clean. The beds were large and very comfortable. The views were fantastic and peaceful, a great place to reboot after a long stents. Bring plenty of food to cook and charcoal barbecue as there’s no need to leave the property we swam we fished. We played pool poker and told stories a better times. Ray was great and accommodating and very communicative. I highly recommend this place.”

”Many good things. A little challenging to find after dark but a nice river property. A bit of a stretch to accomodate 17 adults, but our grandchildren were amenible to sharing rooms and beds. Six bathrooms were appreciated. A few minor suggestions - the gas stove front right hand burner didn't stay lit, the west door to the deck doesn't lock, some of the written instructions need to be updated i.e. one place it said to take the trash to the yard recepticals and another said there was a 50...
