”Allthough the reception staff was friendly, this hotel is very outdated and deffinitely not worth the money they ask for. The room was really outdated and dampf, the bed was the smallest I´ve seen in a hotel. And I never got to know why the housekeeping knocked 3 times on our door between 10 and 10.45 a.m. and asked if we were leaving soon?? Who does that? And three different persons/3 separate times? It wasn´t even check out time yet.”

”Bedbugs, roaches, loud noises in the middle of the night. I did not get a good nights rest. I traveled far from about 8 hours away and could not get comfortable. The staff was unfriendly. There were limited breakfast options. There were stains on the pillow cases and the room reeked of odor.”

”I have always had an enjoyable stay at Holiday Inn Express locations. They have always been clean and well maintained. The staff has always been friendly. I enjoy that they offer free continental breakfast at most, if not all locations. We had issues with the water pressure with the sink in my daughters' bathroom, which they unfortunately didn't tell me about until after we were checked out.
