This motel is an excellent choice in the quaint town of Palmerston in the heart of farm/mennonite Ontario. Close to restaurants and relatively close to other tourist towns of interest including Arthur and St. Jacobs. We recommend”

”Easy to find, clean and spacious room and comfy bed and quiet neighbourhood. Breakfast was plentiful and homemade, even the bread. Hosts were very pleasant, and gave us great local details especially about parking near the theatres. Would highly recommend”

”It was easy to find and very quiet despite being on a relatively busy rural highway. The owners were friendly, and very accommodating. The room was clean and up to date and the property was well maintained. Great for an overnight stay and we would stay there again.”

”The location was very central and the room was clean and unique. It was small, but it had everything we needed, and it was affordable.”

”The property I beautiful well maintained and spotlessly clean. They serve a delicious breakfast. My only concern was my 2 bedroom suite had access from the outside of the building and required you climb 2 flights of wrought iron steps. The staff kindly carried my suitcase up the steep stairs for me but everyday the steps were a challenge. It rained one day and it was a bit messy navigating both stairs and weather. I would stay again but ground floor only.”

”We were surprisingly happy that we chose Harmony Inn for our 1-night visit to Goderich. From the road, it looks like a simple old-fashioned little roadside motel. But the rooms have been upgraded and I thought I was in a more expensive modern hotel/hotel. Everything we needed was there, everything worked well. Very quiet. We'll stay here again next time we're back!”

”The property was clean . But it’s a self served property. You have to make sure you get the passcodes before arriving otherwise since there’s no one it takes a long time to find someone and call. Also , the breakfast is continental so as you expect in bed and breakfast a hot breakfast won’t be served. Expedia says resort and when you get there it’s bed and breakfast. Also hair dryers not working, so bring your own. Anyway, it has a private beach.”

”Older property. Beautifully maintained outside. Easy parking. No longer serves breakfast. Hands-off staff approach. Beautiful old fashioned room. Bathroom very small. Mirror below face level for 6 foot frame. Shower very small. Well located, close to downtown. Easy walk to theatres, shops, etc. Overprived for what was offered. Essentially a nice room with fairly poor amenities.”
