Close to Zion, good location to restaurants. Nice place to take a rest after a long day at the park. A few upgrades would be helpful. The pool and hot tub setting were very enjoyable.

Location was great and so was the pool and hot tub, the building we stayed in (love shack) has no central AC and it does not get cool enough in there with the little ac unit. Bathroom also could’ve been a little more clean but other than that no complaints :).

Easy access to town and Zion, large space for a studio. Had a glitch accessing door code initially but Kendall picked up right away and I was in the Atomic Love Shack within 2 minutes. Would definitely stay here again!

Pros: water pressure and temp was good in bathroom, hot tub chemicals weren't super strongCons: code given did not work on door so had to call the number and they just gave us the master code and we used that all weekend, AC unit was right above the bed and super loud, shower had bugs and spiders dead and alive as well as throughout the main room, outdoor lights by the grill did not all work (maybe like 3 bulbs), Towels had stains, floor tiles were coming up and a trip hazard

Wonderful Stay

This was a great spot not far from Zion & other hiking areas, as well as close to many restaurants and stores. The pool was such a great perk & the hosts were very accommodating. Would stay here again!

Cute little cabin

We enjoyed our 4 night stay here. The place was clean and sufficient for our hiking trip. The hot tub was not heating properly when we were there which would have been nice after our long days on the trails. Perfect location to enjoy Zion National Park, close enough to restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations.

The place was adequate for what we needed. location was close to zion and the UTV rental place. There was just nothing to do in the town after daytime activities were through. We left 1 day early because we were bored in the evenings.

Great place, super quiet

The Atomic love shack is great. The neighborhood is super quiet. Check in was a little clunky, as some of the emails were not from the actual rental company, and there was some confusion on who to contact. I would suggest new pillows since they are a little flat. Overall we had the entire place to ourselves, it was quiet, the pool was a nice treat in the afternoon, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We are looking forward to coming back soon. Also thank you for making it pet friendly, we appreciate being able to bring along our dog, she had a great time too.

Fun little rental, but needs work

When I walked into the rental, it was so so cold. Luckily, they had a space heater which was nice, but I was freezing all night and the next day. There is a big chunk of black mold growing behind the toilet area which has some severe water damage to it. The bathroom floor had several dead and living ants. When I checked in, the shower floor was dirty with red mud smears in it. Even though this seems like a lot, I did enjoy my stay. Perfect location for what I was needing. Nice furniture. Everywhere else was perfectly clean and tidy.

Sister trip to UT

Accommodations were perfect for what we needed as we didn't spend much time inside. Nice location. Very clean. A few things could be added such as normal size spoons instead of all tablespoons and dish towels, as we only had one washcloth. Needs upgrade for pillow as very flat. Could add a fan to be used. It was very hot when we checked in as the AC was not running. It did cool down quickly, but the AC unit is right above head of bed and very loud to listen to all night long. Shared the pool area with the larger cabin and the people were pigs, leaving their garbage by pool, bottle caps in hot tub to pick out, chairs tipped over, used towels on every chair, toys floating all around pool. Pool was very warm temperature wise, but used very little due to the disrespectful other clients.

Inviting and clean, except the bathroom

The place was nice, inviting and clean as soon as you walk in. The bathroom was clean except there was a dirty face cloth hanging on the shower curtain rod, the shower liner was pink at the bottom, which shows it wasn’t clean, and the shower head was spraying everywhere. I twisted it and it lessened the spraying everywhere but the head itself was partially clogged and needs to be descaled. The listing said there would be a hairdryer, I could not find one. The most worrisome part of the bathroom was the black mold on the wall behind the toilet. I did not use any of the appliances, pool or hot tub so I cannot comment on that. On the other hand, the bed was very comfortable and the rest of the space was great. Proximity to Zion was great and was easy to get to from the casita.

Cute but buggy place

Overall this property was fine, loved the neighborhood for our dog walks too, BUT we had a major ant issue in the bathroom. The first night it was just 1 or 2 we noticed, but on our 2nd night we had a full scale ant invasion and wound up having to use cleaning products we brought to kill them all. There were also these additional beetle type bugs we found a few of. It rained that night and I'm sure that had something to do with it, but place definitely needs a good exterminator. When texting the property owner/manager about it, did not receive any responses or apologies until after we left. If they can confirm this is taken care of, it would be a cute place to stay. But needless to say, our stay was less than great.

Lack of communication

Upon arriving the check in went very smoothly. Initially we were not sure where to park as there was someone in our parking spot and had to park in front of the adjoining property. I messaged the host and did not receive a reply until the next day. However, after looking at the link that was sent we found that we could park in the gravel if needed before getting the response the next day. After getting inside we found a few dead roaches in the bathroom. We left and bought groceries only to return and find that the fridge was not working. We fixed it by pushing the reset button on the outlet but had to go buy ice for our cold groceries until it cooled down. After finding these issues we tried contacting the phone number listed and no one answered. I then texted the number and never received a call or text back. A few days later I texted the number again about turning on the jets in the hot tub (as is instructed to ask in the link) and again never received a reply. The complete lack of communication is concerning. The property was nice enough, in a good location, and the pool was available but the roaches, the hot fridge, and not being able to have the “bubbles” on in the hot tub was also a let down.

I want a refund.

The trip started with a delay with check in due to a broken pipe. We had adjusted our travel plans to accommodate- once we had landed we were told that there might just be wet paint and that now we could check in on time. The reason we choose this place was due to hot tub and pool. We were hiking Zion and excited to unwind in the hot tub. We booked this trip over 2 months ago so there was plenty of time to share if there would be any issues. During our stay the hot tub was not working and management was made aware. It took over a day but someone showed up to fix and at least we finally got to use the hot tub and pool at its full capacity once - even though our booking was for several days. The last full day of our stay I received a text that the management company scheduled for the pool and hot tub to be shocked and now we couldn’t use it. Again, would not have booked this place knowing the amenities promised were not usable at all. The place once we arrived was covered in pet hair, long human hair, debris, dirt & bugs. The dishes in the cupboard were dirty as well. With this property you truly get what you pay for- except we didn’t even get that. I would not stay here again or recommend to a friend. Finally, I even tried to see if we could receive a partial refund due to the lack of use of the amenities but was told that it was all out of their control, and no partial refund would be provided.
