”The cabins are nice. But the problem, and this is a big one, is that the matresses are too thin and you feel like you've been sleeping on a plank of wood the whole night. You wake up at 4 AM because the curtains aren't blackout curtains so if you are sensitive to light, tough luck buddy. To remedy this problem is cheap and easy. Replace the mattresses with ones that classify as mattresses and install blackout curtains to prevent sunlight from ruining my sleep. If the two issues didn't exist,...

”The staff are unbelievable and attentive. By far the most welcoming staff we encountered in two weeks of travelling through Western Norway. Breakfast has personal options and a great spread. We also had dinner at the restaurant and it was fabulous! Great value at the restaurant and hotel for the services provided. The property is older and basic but exquisitely clean and the hospitality and food made it our favourite hotel of the entire trip! We stayed two nights and wanted to stay longer! You...

”Sehr schönes Apartment direkt am Fjord. Bisschen deko würde nicht schaden, macht aber Nix. Aktuell sind auch Renovierungen am Gange (zb Eingang wird verschönert mit Holz) Es wäre gut gewesen wenn die Infos aktuell sind bzgl. Öffnungszeiten des Restaurants, wir hatten Gottseidank Plan B. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 15 min entfernt. Der vor Ort macht schon um 18 Uhr zu”

”Such an historic beautiful old hotel in Solvorn, Norway for our last stay before leaving the country. We just so happened to arrive the evening of the biggest storm in the last 25 years and our room was right in front of the ferry/dock to see all the action. As we arrived later in the day we were too exhausted to dine there so they brought us nice sandwiches and champagne upon arrival too.”

”This is an absolutely stunning B&B down to every detail. The owners and staff were helpful and it’s a perfect location if you want to take the ferry to the Urnes Stave Church(the oldest of the remaining Stave churches) which is beautiful and well worth the trip. Breakfast was great too. The downsides are: 1) sharing bathrooms; 2) tiny rooms; and 3) no close restaurants for dinner so eat first in the neighboring town.”

”Clean cabin however the WiFi did not work in the cabin. You have to purchase both the bed sheets and the towels in a bundle and cannot purchase just one. This was not clearly written in the description. Also you had to buy a token to take a 5 min shower which I was not aware of based on the description. ”
