”I asked for help to figure out the air con and then all was good. It was a stressful journey, but the staff couldnt have done more to help me have as relaxing an experience as possible. All very good at their jobs and very friendly, nothing was too much bother. I've often stayed in 5 star hotels in my working life, but now I am retired, finding a reasonably priced hotel which provides high quality customer service was a delight. ”Nice room had all amenities apart from an iron and there wasn’t a phone to call reception. Wasn’t a major issue as everything else was perfect. The car park is quite big and free. We checked in late and out early so did not try meals. Overall excellent value for money.”

”A great last minute overnight trip here. The room was lovely, quaint and cosy. We ate dinner in the pub and cannot fault the food. I had lasagne and my husband had gammon. Breakfast was great. Cereal, toast, juice and hot drinks available to help yourself to and then order hot food. I had eggs bennedict and my husband had a full English. Great value for money and would definitely recommend! ”
