”The room was very clean. The breakfast was quite nice with plenty of choices. The only things I would have liked to have were some water with ice, and a large bowl of mixed fruit rather than whole apples, bananas, oranges, etc. Except for bananas, whole fruit is awkward to eat. There were juice and milk but no ice water. Even so, we had an enjoyable stay. Whenever possible I like to stay at a Hampton Inn. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

”The manual shade didn’t cover the window all the way and there were no curtains so light came through in the morning. There were cobwebs on the wall and ceiling corner. No new roll of toilet paper. Body wash dispenser was nearly empty when we arrived and we didn’t discover this until we were in the shower. Room and hotel have absolutely no character or style. Pool closed too early. Hallways were loud.”

”This is a truly unique hotel. It was beautifully, renovated, spacious, super clean, and very convenient for exploring Marshall. The only difficulty we had was getting a hold of anyone for questions when we arrived. The phone number in the binder did not answer our call nor reply to text message.
