Kaupunkipientalot – Hutchinson Island

”This property is lovely but some rooms are a bit dated. We understand it is scheduled for a renovation soon. We had a few issues with our room but it was handled by front desk staff. The front desk employee, Michelle, was excellent! She handled everything quickly. I would definitely stay here again. Location was excellent, especially if you are going to convention center.”

”It was a great experience nice amenities, clean and the service was excellent.”

”Kaikki oikein hyvää.”

”I was surprised to learn that rooms only get cleaned every other day. I realize you could ask for it to be done daily. It is crazy how room prices have increased yet service decreased. I paid extra for daily breakfast only to find out the menu basically offered eggs in different ways. On first day a Monday they ran out of fruit salad ( option with every meal) by 9am. Coffee only had oat milk as an option. Milk not available. No cereal, yogurt, pancakes. Omelet had to be sent back since cook just...

”Very clean and welcoming! Great spot in the middle of everything! Our second stay there!”

”N/A”

”This hotel had some hidden fees for emenities that we were not aware of and very unhappy with. On arrival, the older woman who checked us in was rude and unwelcoming. The on-site restaurants are of poor quality, the building is run down and in a sketchy neighborhood. No parking, we had to park across a very busy city street and haul everything in. Very unhappy with this experience, especially for emenities of things we don’t want, alcohol, having to eat in their restaurants, Candy. Really bad...

”Loved the historical charm of this inn. Rooms were clean and would recommend staying here Great location”

”The hotel is not clean, well maintained as it presents online and via their lobby. The lobby is nice and updated, the rooms are dated and dingy. The staff was friendly. I have traveled everywhere with my 9 lb dog, always select hotels that are marked pet friendly. This is the only one that has ever charged me and they charged me $75. I paid over $350 to stay in a dirty dingy staybridge hotel for one night in Savannah. Definitely won't be back and don't recommend. There are much better options in...

”Need some new pillows! And they should attend to the rooms like they say after 3 days. No one came to empty trash or a light cleaning at all”

”The hotel is nice and conveniently located, about a 10-15 minute walk from City Market and other downtown attractions. One feature we especially appreciated was the complimentary transportation service from the hotel to the city center. Overall, a comfortable stay and a good choice for visiting Savannah.”
