”Experienced three different reception staff between check-in and check-out and ALL 3 were the friendliest we've ever dealt with! Slightly disappointed the TV does not swivel and the rainfall shower head is kind of annoying but not the end of the world.”

”Fabulous, fabulous place to stay! Beautiful interior and immaculately clean. I stayed two days and would definitely stay again in the future. The communications from Kasa were clear and comprehensive. Nice little touches like ear plugs, bottled water and cookies. Right in the heart of downtown Detroit, but I still found it quiet and safe. By far, the best place I stayed on my tour through Michigan.”
