Villa Crystalsea 1 was built in 2021 and is located in a peaceful area of the town of Hvar on the island of the same name, just 30 meters from the sea. It spans an impressive 550 m2 and is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

The ground floor features a spacious, air-conditioned living room of approximately 100 m2, perfect for relaxing while watching your favorite shows, movies, or series on a 65" Smart TV with Apple TV. The living room opens to a large terrace. The ground floor also includes a fully equipped, air-conditioned kitchen for preparing culinary delights, a large dining table for 10, and a separate WC with external access.

The villa boasts five luxuriously furnished, air-conditioned bedrooms. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, while the remaining four are on the upper floor. All rooms are equipped with king-size beds, two of which can be separated into twin beds. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and toiletries. Rooms are also equipped with a wardrobe with an integrated safe, a seating and work area, Wi-Fi internet, a 55" Smart TV with an HD satellite system (Astra), and a balcony with stunning, direct sea views.

The villa's basement includes a wellness area with a relaxing sauna and massage table, an air-conditioned fitness room, a WC with a shower, and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities.

On the south terrace, guests can enjoy an infinity heated pool of 44 m2 (11 x 4 m), surrounded by 10 sun loungers, three parasols, a pergola, and an outdoor shower. The north terrace features an outdoor living area with a pergola, perfect for unwinding in the open air.

Each day of your stay begins with a delicious breakfast at the villa, already included in the price.

Villa Crystalsea 1 also offers three private parking spaces within its grounds.
