Kiva hotelli loistavalla sijainnilla
Asuimme hotellissa vain yhden yön. Huone ei ollut mukavin mahdollinen, mutta erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta ja loistava sijainti meren välittömässä läheisyydessä tekivät kokemuksestamme hyvän.

Outdated facilities, super helpful staff
We only stayed one night prior heading off to Split and booked it because of the price. We were well aware of the mediocre reviews and could agree. The annex is very dated and tge carpet is gross, but the staff were ever so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fine.

Here´s some critic: Villa Dalmacijas location is really good, because it is just next to the city attractions and you can just walk outside hotel to swim. Although the rooms were really old fashioned, the shower was not working (no water pressure, you must wait for hot water). Also the locks were not working correctly (room door, balcony door). One of the most annoying things was the noise of the partying people during night. from outside. You could also hear the other people sneeze in the other room. Breakfast was ok and the hotel staff was friendly and seemed professional. Not for disabled travelers!

Hirveä loukku hienolla merimaisemalla
Huoneen ja kylpyhuoneen kunto oli järkyttävä. Kaikkialla haisi ja oman vivahteen toi ikuisuuden vanhat kokolattiamatot. Huoneistosta puuttui ilmastointi. WC:n pöntöstä roiskui vettä lattialle, jopa kansi kiinni. Ja kyseessä oli kuitenkin "superior-huone". Aamiainen oli huono. Hyvää hotellissa oli parveke merelle, josta avautui viehätävä maisema.

I was given a room in an annex because I had selected cheaper room(?) The annex was a very plain building without air conditioning. Breakfast was in the main building. Location was good - you can walk into the sea from your room, the center of Hvar was very close, and there was a bar/restaurant also just outside. Location was bad because the small beach outside was a place for night parties for drunken youth from UK, France etc.

O hotel tem uma excelente localização, varanda vista para o mar, o staff é muito gentil e o café da manhã bem gostoso. Porém, eles precisam urgente fazer uma reforma, o hotel está muito velho, com carpete antigo, pouco conforto no quarto, o banheiro bem ruim, cortina do chuveiro mofada, enfim...

Buenas vistas pero muy estropeado
Las vistas desde la habitación son muy bonitas,en primera línea del mar y el desayuno está muy bien pero nos sentimos un poco decepcionados porque la habitación que nos dieron no era la que pedimos,ni la que salía en las fotos sino otra totalmente diferente,muy vieja y con camas y baño muy antiguo.

Hotellet har en perfekt beliggenhed
Personalet på hotellet var fantastisk. Men selve hotellet er ikke blever renoveret siden det blev bygget og var derfor ikke særlig lækkert. Perfekt beliggenhed. Hotellet har meget potentiale.

Mycket vackert läge, fin frukostterass
Läget vid havet är fantastiskt, rummen enkla, ingen airkondtion och inget lås på balkongdörren. Ligger centralt och nära till allt. Härligt och klart vatten. Finns en liten badstrand bredvid hotellet och där är det party till tidig morgon och rummen är ganska lyhörda.

Vänd om, det är en fälla!!!
Sämsta hotellet jag någonsin bott på, förutom möjligtvis ruckel i Asien som jag dock betalat 20kr per natt för. Finns det NÅGOT bra jag kan säga är det området är perfekt (förutom kyrkklockan varje morgon 06:00 samt skrikande ungdomar) men annars var detta hotell riktigt sunkigt. BO INTE HÄR!

Good spot but old style w/o AC
Good location of the hotel, close to the beach and harbor. The place have not been renovated since the WW2 and no available AC in the rooms. The balcony door have no lock and the room door is like a paper sheet with a dollhouse lock, leaving the security rating down.

A localIzação do hotel é a única coisa que foi ótima. Hotel muito antigo, os móveis tinham cupim, carpetes com cheiro de mofo. Tive o pior banho da minha vida, os chuveiros são antigos e são de apoiar dentro de uma banheira antiga. Café da manhã razoável. Apesar de 3 estrelas, não condiz com suas condições atuais

Undvik det här hotellet.
Riktigt dålig standard på rummen. Slitet och obekvämt. Fin utsikt från balkongen men inget kylskåp eller andra bekvämligheter på rummet. Luktade mögel i badrummet. Bra läge när hamnen. Dålig frukost och jag kan inte rekommendera detta hotell till någon.

Loud. Hot. Cheap.
Hotel had no TV or Phone as per description. Loud beach outside and because there's no air conditioning you need to keep the door open. There's a steel kick plate on the bathroom door and if you kick it, it cuts a deep gash into your toe. Occasionally the staff may make up your room. But not all the time. Breakfast is good considering.

The main floor terrace has a great view over the bay. The breakfast buffet was great. Our junior suite had a generous balcony. The room and hallway carpets are getting old and the bathtub is dated. The location is very close to the inner harbour which is great except late at night when bar patrons head back to there hotels or apartments making a a lot of noise.

Boravak na Hvaru bio je vise od ocekivanog, a hotel manje od ocekivanog! Prednost boravka u ovom hotelu je sto je u samom centru, a daleko od buke! Prekrasan polozaj, ljubazno osoblje i dasak proslog vremena! Vapi za renoviranjem jer u ovom stanju daleko je od 3 zvjezdice!

Junior suite var et lite forfallent rom. Skittent gammelt teppe på gulvet og det som skulle være kingsize bed var to enkeltsenger med et skittent teppe som "sengebro". Totalt var det 4 stikkontakter på rommet, hvor 1 var okkupert av viften, 1 på badet, 1 på balkongen og den siste på selve rommet. Vi visste at hotellet hadde en lav standard, men ikke så ille som dette.

Great location, just for the night.
Great location, right next to where you get off the ferry and there's a beach right below. Beautiful views and great for a morning dip in the sea. Breakfast buffet was good and I liked that it went on until 11am. The rooms are very basic, no air con, just a fan and the bed, which was fine. I was glad we were only there the one night as we didn't spend much time in the room anyway. The balcony was nice though. I feel we definitely paid for location rather than facilities.

Nice location but the carpets are tired to say the least and there is no air conditioning, just a weak desk fan to keep cool. Stifling in July and loud people outside all night make for not much sleep. I checked into another hotel.

Hotellet var helt OK. Rommet var lite og litt utdatert, kunne trengt litt oppussing. Frokosten var god, og kunne nytes i fine omgivelser. Det var ikke air condition på rommet, noe som kan bli litt i varmeste laget. Grei veranda med sittemøbler, noen hotellrom har utsikt. Det er mye støy på nattetid. Hotellet ligger i en liten bukt, så all lyd reflekteres og høres veldig godt når folk er på vei hjem fra byen. Kirkeklokker hører man også til alle døgnets tider.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel solo per una settimana dal 17/08-22/08 2015 nella camera 62 e tengo a precisare il n'perché la vista da questa camera che dava sul mare e sul campanile era meravigliosa dalla mattina al risveglio alla sera con la luna sull'acqua,la posizione è centralissima a pochi passi sei al mare e al centro ed inoltre si trova proprio vicino a dove approdano le navi per cui una volta scesi dal traghetto lo si trova sul lato sinistro quindi comodissimo per i bagagli.uniche pecche erano:l'ascensore che nn c'è almeno dove alloggiavo io e che le camere hanno la mouchett ma questo è una prerogativa dell'isola,a quanto ho visto, e per ultimo gli schiamazzi che si sentono la sera ma essendo centrale è del tutto normale, per noi nn è stato comunque un problema, consiglio l hotel e consiglio hvar semplicemente meravigliosa..

One night in Hvar: 'Standard Room - Sea View'
This is quite deceiving. Rooms are just basic apartments adjacent to what was actually advertised. Room #65 had some bad stench coming from the bathroom drains? So bad that it was stinking out the whole room even with the bathroom door shut. There's no air con or even a ceiling fan...just a teeny tiny little desk fan. The room was so hot and stinky we had to keep the balcony door open which meant putting up with obnoxious revellers ALL night/morning. Free breakfast was so-so but the biggest downfall is the 'Free Wi-Fi' is only free if you want to sacrifice precious holiday/exploring time to hang out in the lobby. I don't usually fuss over Wi-Fi but when you're on a tight schedule with a unreliable travel sim card, and you need to respond to bookings, you really rely on this service. And I must point out that customer service is not the same as what we call customer service here in Australia. Next time we'll just go for a B&B or splash out and stay at the Amfora Hotel.

Pros: location, was right on the water, beautiful view of harbor and monastary from hotel patio, 3 minute walk from central square, had parking 10 min walk away for free, great service, great breakfast with view of water from tables. Cons: no air conditioning, room was not very nice, shower had very high sides to it, difficult to climb into.

Lever enbart på sitt läge
Hotellet ligger perfekt rent geografiskt och har en bra frukost. MEN förbered dig på att inte få din skönhetssömn, ifall du kommer hit under sommarmånaderna. Då det inte finns någon AC eller liten liten kyl för kunna kyla ner tex vatten. Obegripligt hur man kan snåla ner på detta i ett sådant typ av land. Vi bodde i deras bättre rum, med stor balkong högst upp.

Väldigt bra och centralt läge men låg (!) standard
Hotellets standard var väldigt (!) låg och AC saknades helt vilket drog ner hela vistelsen i tryckande värme. Såg ut att ej vara renoverat sedan 70-talet. Ej bra frukost. Dock trevlig personal, bra städat varje dag och bra läge!

Localização fantástica
A localização do hotel é imbatível, você chega de barco em frente e vai caminhando para todas as principais atrações de Hvar. Realmente vale muito a pena. O café da manhã servido no prédio ao lado (tem o hotel principal e este mais simples ao lado) é muito bom e tem uma excelente vista. Uma pena o quarto não ter ar condicionado, pois as noites são muito quentes no verão.

Hotel to lock in their luggage and just partying
This hotel is in a old condition like you are back in the former of Yugoslavia during Tito's time with no AC. Please, in which year are we in? 2015, please? Only table fan is available in the room which is not enough when it's about 50 degrees in the room and no wind outside. Positive: The hotel is centrally located with its own beach. Close to the boat harbor. Room is clean. Good breakfast. Good to stay to lock the luggage and partying, sunning and swimming the rest of the day.
