With space for up to 10 people, this holiday home is perfect for larger groups who want to enjoy each other's company in comfortable surroundings. The holiday home was built in 1992, but was renovated in 2026, giving it a modern and inviting atmosphere.



Located just 100 meters from the North Sea, not far from Hvide Sande, you can quickly and easily enjoy the beauty of the beach and the area's activities. The spacious plot of 1912 square meters provides plenty of outdoor space for play and relaxation. The house is pet-friendly, and you can bring up to two pets, so no one in the family has to stay at home.



Indoors you will find a well-equipped activity room where you can challenge each other in pool, darts, table football and table tennis. There are also two televisions so you can watch your favorite programs, whether in Danish or German, with Chromecast available for streaming. The house is equipped with wireless internet, so you can stay connected to the outside world.



There are four comfortable bedrooms in the house. Three of them are furnished with double beds, while the fourth bedroom has two single beds, making it ideal for children or young people. In total, the house offers sleeping space for 10 people, making it perfect for a large family or a group of friends. There are two places in the loft for extra overnight stays.



The two bathrooms are modern and functional, both with showers, and one even has underfloor heating for extra comfort. The house also has a sauna, perfect for relaxing after a day full of activities.



The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and coffee maker. It makes cooking a breeze, and you can enjoy your meals together at the large dining table. Outside you will find a lovely terrace with a barbecue, where you can prepare delicious meals and enjoy the warm summer evenings.



For the children there is a sandbox, swings and an enclosed terrace, giving them a safe place to play. You can also take a dip in the private pool, which is a perfect place to cool off on hot days. The house is equipped with an energy-saving heat pump, which can also function as air conditioning, so you can maintain the perfect temperature all year round.
