Businesshotellit - Hwaseong, Gyeonggi

”It is a nice hotel for a relaxing family stay. The facilities and amenities are well equipped, and everything is convenient to use. However, the staff members do not seem to be as thoroughly trained as you would expect at a luxury hotel. The service does not feel particularly polished or well standardized, and there seems to be a lack of clear guidelines for how staff should communicate with and respond to guests. Overall, the level of professionalism in guest service could be improved.”

”Always such a pleasure to stay here. The rooms are impeccably clean and the staff are so kind. Thank you!”

”Loved the pool and the gym, great location. Has a convenience store next to the lobby.”
