This stylish home is your perfect Cape Cod retreat—just 5 minutes from Craigville Beach, the Cape Codder Water Park, and the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. A quick 3-minute drive gets you to Main Street’s buzzing restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The property also includes a fully detached carriage house with its own private entrance, which may be occupied during your stay. Don’t worry—your space is fully private, with only the driveway and backyard shared.

You’ll have exclusive access to the main house and all of its amenities—feel free to settle in and make yourself at home! Two comfortable queen bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the lower level.

A quick note: one of the lower-level bedrooms is garden-level and doesn’t have windows, but we've outfitted it with fans and dehumidifiers to keep it fresh and comfortable.

Parking is available on the right side of the driveway for up to four cars. The left side is reserved for carriage house guests (or me, on occasion). Your privacy and comfort are always a top priority.
