”This motel was clean and has the rustic charm of old Cape Cod. The grounds are beautiful with marsh views and kayaks available free of charge. Room decor is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The owner lives on site and is very accommodating. We would definitely stay the night again!”

”Great Staff. Very helpful. Fantastic Beds!!! The only issue with the property is that the office is at a different, though close, location. But, if you ask, the staff is happy to run there for you if you need something. Nice people!!!!! Thank you staff.”

”The room was alright at best. The fridge was dirty, the sheet and comforter had stains on them, the shower curtain had that black mold stain at the bottom, and the base of the toilet clearly has not been cleaned in a long time. Not to mention the sink had shaved hair all in the knobs. Oh and the staff did not come into the room at all, not even to do the ‘daily housekeeping’ as advertised. There was no door tag to say don’t come in, so unsure why there was no housekeeping done. Maybe I had to...

”The grounds were nice and well kept. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was basic but satisfactory. No closet to hang clothing and coats, only a rack with a couple of wooden hangers that clothing shared with the ironing board. Bathroom exhaust fan was not sufficient to clear steam from the room during even a short shower. ”We liked the closeness to the Island Queen. Room was very basic. No clock, no tv channel list. Carpet in the room was not clean. Coffee cups were small, no lids or hot cup carrier. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Very noisy. Staff were very friendly and helpful.”
