”Hotel accepted pets on expedia but policy had changed to service dogs only. Staff was kind enough to let us stay. It was a beautiful room and patio, but we had ants in the bathroom. Breakfast was good and they let us park and walk to town...about 20 minutes. ”

”Everything was perfect!! Cozy casita with the fireplace was an absolute dream. Fantastic if you are looking for an authentic experience right in the heart of Santa Fe. The staff was amazing as well!! ”

”The pictures on the website did not at all show what the room was really like. We had a room in the casita with a patio. The patio was part of the tiny enclosed entry and was shared by all three units. The room was small and cramped with only a small side chair and a desk chair for seating. The bathroom was also extremely cramped. The parking was almost impossible for anyone with a large vehicle. ”

”The staff was a mixed bag. Tony, the Butler, Dianne at the spa, the breakfast staff at the Hacienda bldg, bartenders all great. Others meh. The hottub was broken, pool covered. Rooms are a bit tired. I’d stay again if the price was right and we wanted to bring our dog. It’s super dog friendly. The location is very good. ”

”My wife and I stayed at the Vanessie four nights. The rooms were clean and the beds comfy. The cleaning staff very friendly and did a wonderful job. The breakfast area was great. The gentlemen who ran the breakfast area is a sweetheart of a man. As for the restaurant, total crap. The two of us had been out all day enjoying Santa Fe. We decided to give the restaurant a try. ”Rooms were super clean. Pillows were great. The bed was great. Staff was super friendly. Great area for chill. Running behind the hotel of a good surprise. My dog loved it. The pool was warm. Even when it was cold outside. Bubbles didn’t work in the hot tub and it could’ve been a little bit hotter. Other than that. It was a great experience. I will definitely come back.”

”Vallet service was very good and friendly. Reception was rather rude and restaurant / breakfest was a mess. For example waited for the bill for more than 30mins, while the waiter was cleaning the tables. No smiles, no friendliness. And furthermore very slow and non-professional service. We decided to take another hotel in the future. The vallet personel in the garage were perfect. Super friendly, fast and always on a good mood. ”
