”I travel a lot and I stay in all sorts of hotels, motels, inns and hostels. This Quality Inn instantly became my favorite and I'll be back soon. Quick, easy check in. Very calm, clean facility and surrounding area.”

”The staff was outstanding! We enjoyed the size of the room and the equipped kitchen. The little alcove outside the bathroom was a nice touch for two people getting ready. The outdoor seating areas were nice in the evening with fire pit going. Would definitely recommend this place.”

”Breakfast was delicious, staff was friendly, and I like a fridge and microwave. The bed was a little uneven but okay for a short stay. Overall pretty decent. Good location too.”

”I roasted I was told the AC system was getting worked on and would be back shortly I spent the entire night roasting the temp didn’t go below 84 the entire time there.”

”Staff here are exceptional and helpful from breakfast, maintenance and front desk. Rooms clean. Centrally located to multiple restaurants in walking distance as well as CVS. Pool, laundry, mini golf and basketball ball court onsite. No maintenance issues, but they all were friendly in passing. Staff seemed genuinely happy in jobs, our party of 5, 2 rooms and 5 day sat with 9-53 year olds loved it and would stay again.”

”I have never been greeted so warmly before at any hotel. Claire was smiling and accommodating. The pool was refreshing after a long day touring, but the hot tub was "out of order"! Breakfast was very good!! Lots of selections and very clean! Would highly recommend staying here when in the Hyde Park, NY area!!”

”The room was freezing cold for about a half hour when we got there but the heater worked well and eventually it warmed up. Room was large and clean. Parking was right in front of room. Wish the room had a full length mirror. People travel when they have an event to go to and we like to see how we look. The bathroom mirror sort of tilts down for a bit of an outfit check but a full length would have been great. Bed was comfortable and bedding was really nice! Guy who runs the place was very nice!...

”The rooms seemed clean enough but there we stains on the bedspread and on the curtains. The breakfast only had a few items, though the coffee was fresh brewed.”

”Stayed here for a wedding and it was a very clean hotel. Had to wait for my room to be ready because of a rush of other guests coming in which wasn't ideal but overall a nice place to stay”

”Upon check-in at 12:30am, the clerk informed me it was no longer 6/13 and I was now checking in on 6/14. I explained that check-in was allowed til 5:30am per their check-in policy and i could show him my receipt, he ignored what I said. He proceeded to cancel my reservation and rebook a room then told me to speak to the person at the desk in the morning. At 8am there was a knock at my door which was the front desk telling me my res was cancelled and I needed to pay again. He told me to speak to...

”There are a lot of renovations going on, and it might not be at the height of its game… But they do everything they can there to make you comfortable… Including upgrades and five star service. We would definitely go back they are renovating the spa which I believe is probably taking away from giving attention to other parts of the property, but I believe the owner and his staff have all the right intentions and because of that and because of their service, we will definitely be back.”

”The Gables is a quiet, charmingly updated 19-century home in the heart of Rhinebeck, NY. Managers John and Pamela Wurster are not only genuinely welcoming, but they treated us to some of the best coffee and croissants we’ve ever had—plus some fresh summer plums! The lovely white picket fence-enclosed yard is filled with flowers, birds, and happy squirrels and chipmunks—and great restaurants and fun shops are just a 5- to 10-min walk away.”

”Property was immaculate and staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Only criticism was the fixed temperature on the thermostat in the room. The room was too warm and the unadjustable thermostat did not allow us to cool the room to a desirable temperature for sleeping comfortably. We assumed the property management was being cost conscious and wanted to reduce their air conditioning expenses. ”
