Motellit – Hyde Park

”Be aware it is a classic 2-story “motor lodge” with doors opening on to the parking lot, but if you are okay with that the rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable and well appointed, and the staff is super helpful. Would stay there again.”

”Don't let the outside fool you!!! Once you step inside there's a whole different feel. The lobby is very welcoming and the staff very friendly and helpful. When we opened to door to our room it was WOW. The room was very large and comfortable with a REAL closet. The bed was like falling into a cloud, very soft and comfortable, I got the 2 best nights sleep I've gotten in a while. Breakfast left a little to be desired; but, it was OK. Get the vanilla latte with a chocolate shot, very good.”

”Breakfast, though a few blocks offsite, was amazing, and everyone working there was lovely. Made the stay feel special. Thank you!”

”There is nothing special about this property but it is FINE if you just need a clean, no frills place to rest your head. It is reasonably priced, too. There was a TV, and a clean microwave and a clean mini-fridge. The busy road is not far, even though the motel is set back, and the rooms are in a line so you inevitably hear the slammed door of your neighbors. Convenient with lots of businesses nearby.”

”The room was not at all like the pictures. First room we were placed in was over a liquor store, which was not explained on expedia. The room smelled terrible. There was a hole in the wall, dead bugs smushed into the walls, cobwebs in the corners that tangled so far down. Went down to the front desk and asked for another room. The second room was just as bad. the door didnt open the whole way because the bed was in the way. Didn't feel safe enough to stay.”

”Wouldn’t recommend unless you just need a place to sleep”
